In the Clements Hills AVA of Lodi, the Terra Alta Vineyard stands out for the variety of grapes grown on the Redding Gravelly Clay Loam soil there. The Picpoul was grafted over in 2015 from a selection from Rorick Vineyard in Calaveras County. Markus Bokisch farms with a focus on sustainability, achieving both CCOF Organic and Lodi Rules certification.
